Buenos Aires & Mendoza Quick facts: New continent allert! South America was a new continent for Tess, Alex had been once before many years ago. The decision to go to Argentina started in a place you wouldn’t think. We were in London looking for a place to eat dinner when Alex found a restaurant with 5 stars that had a cuisine not easily accessible in Sweden – Argentinian food! Yes – Chimichurris inspired us to go to Argentina! Also, we love wine. And beef.
